TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the http://www.absolutetech.com.au website (the “Service”) operated by Absolutetech Pty Ltd. (ABN 486030868 837). (“we”, “us”, “our’)

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you may not access the Service.

1. Provision of Personal Information

In order to access online service of electronic devices, customers must provide the following information:

a. Name

b. Email address

c. Billing address for taxation receipt.

d. Relevant information about the device.

This information is required so that we can keep accurate records of service to your device(s), contact you during the servicing of your device, and make necessary arrangements for payment.

2. Process of servicing.

In order for your computer to be serviced via the internet you need to give the technician permission to take control of your computer and work on it. A special permission box will be sent to your screen and you will need to put in a password to give that permission. Sometimes a computer service needs more than one session. You will need to enter a new password for each session. You can watch on the screen to see what the technician is doing to your computer. After the last session the computer sharing software can be deleted. The technician can never access your computer without your permission.

3. Keeping you informed

Before working on your computer, the technician will discuss with you what may need to be done and how much it will cost. He will not undertake any major work without your prior approval.

4. Payment Process.

Once the work has been completed to your satisfaction You will be issued with a Billing Authorisation by email which when returned will verify that you commissioned the work to be done, that you are satisfied with the work done and are happy to make payment. You will also be issued with a tax invoice outlining the work that has been done and stating the GST component of the Invoice. Payments are to be made in Australian dollars into the company’s bank account either electronically or over the counter at an ANZ Bank Branch. Absolutetech does not accept payments by cheque.

5. Follow Up. You may be asked to complete a Customer Feedback request. Approximately one week after the service a customer service officer will call you to ascertain that your device is still working well. After that we do not contact customers again offering service. If customers want further service, they must contact us through our website or 1800 number.

Customers requesting a full or partial refund should do so according to the refund policy outlined on our website NOT through the bank from which they made their payment.

We do not cold call prospective customers offering our services.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms
